Released in late January, Ben & Jerry’s took inspiration from classic desserts to create its two latest flavors – Bossin’ Cream Pie, reminiscent of custard-filled doughnuts, and Raspberry Cheesecake Topped, a fruity cheesecake-inspired ice cream.
The company’s Haylee Nelson said: “We wanted to create a fun, cafeteria nostalgia moment with these new flavors inspired by classic desserts. The Bossin' Cream Pie transports fans to that first doughnut bite the way the rich, crunchy chocolate ganache hits tastebuds. The floral, fruity raspberry flavor of the Raspberry Cheesecake hits you and brings that cheesecake texture to the forefront. If you shake the pint before you open it, you can hear the sound of what's waiting inside - the graham cracker crumbs on top!”
The two flavors are full-time additions to Ben & Jerry’s Topped offering and are in US stores now.

Tillamook County Creamery Association has released the Maker's Reserve 2013 and 2020 vintage cheddars into the brand's Maker's Reserve program.
Every year, TCCA introduces a 10-year and a three-year aged extra sharp white cheddars into its specialty line. These vintages join the 2012, 2017, 2018, and 2019 varieties in the Maker's Reserve portfolio.
According to Tillamook, the first taste of Maker's Reserve 2013 (pictured) gives hints of sweet cream and rich buttery brioche, while savory notes of toasted nuts help round out the flavor. “This vintage features a luxurious, flaky texture with big crystals that add to the tasting experience of this long-aged cheddar,” Tillamook said. “Pair this vintage with porter beer, champagne, fruit spritz, fresh strawberries, and grilled vegetables for the ultimate tasting experience.”
Meanwhile, the Maker's Reserve 2020 brings a herbaceous, rich creamy aroma that gives way to notes of woodsy wild mushrooms and crispy dark bread. “A smooth, rich texture punctuates the experience, with a slightly dry, short-bodied finish,” said Tillamook. “This cheese will pair well with a lager or sparkling drink, such as prosecco or sparkling apple juice. Add candied hazelnuts and prosciutto to round out the tasting with something sweet and savory.”
The 2013 and 2020 vintages can be purchased in the Tillamook Creamery in Tillamook, Ore., the Tillamook Market at the Portland International Airport (PDX) and at shop.tillamook.com. The 2013 vintage is sold exclusively at Whole Foods Market stores across the country.
