He claims that greater efficiency in supply chains is enabling domestic food and beverage processing equipment manufactuers to gain an increasing share of export markets.
And, according to the Minister, French government initiatives such as its recovery programme to support viable businesses in difficulty and the establishment of sector specific committees is helping to foster innovation within the French food processing arena.
