The combined hot and cold production skid is a stand alone unit that produces water to 120°C – more than twice the temperature of conventional equipment, Didier Chalard, international director for the company, told FoodProductionDaily.com at the recent IPA show in Paris.
The two-in-one machine, which scooped the IPA innovation award for processes and equipment, is recovery system that saves energy, costs and space, all vital in today’s processing environment.
