The Knutsford-based company produces goat's milk, cheese, butter and yogurt, and already sells products in Poland, Holland, the Czech Republic and the Middle East.
Co-founder Liz Sutton told the Manchester Evening News: "We are hoping to make significant inroads into the Asian market by having base in Hong Kong."
"There is demand," she added. "In China, for example, there are a lot of powdered milk products and we believe there is an opportunity to sell our UHT milk, which has a 6-month shelf life."
The paper reported that Delamere Dairy hopes to grow its turnover to £16m this year, up from £15.2m in 2010.
