Since joining the food processing and packaging company in 1991, Kennell has held several leadership positions, most recently as vice president of finance and business transformation for North America.
In an article precently published in The Huffington Post, Kennell talked about the importance of embaracing change in business.
“It’s critical for senior management to foster an organization-wide culture of change. That means building and empowering teams beyond top management who are versatile and nimble, and capable of adapting to, and embracing, an evolving status quo,” said Kennell.
One of Kennell’s main focuses in his new role will be the company’s Moving To The Front campaign, which aims to raise awareness about sustainable raw material sourcing and use of renewable resources.
