The product, which is high in fat and comes in 500g or 2-liter sizes, has been designed for foodservice for different applications and is ideal for both sweet and savory dishes in which a characteristic yogurt flavor is sought.
The product, which won an award at SIAL, has a shelf-life of six months, is recommended for use in foams and mousses, ice creams, sauces and cakes, to which it transfers an intense yogurt flavor, a creamy texture and stability.
Quescrem products include cream cheeses, regular cheese, lactose-free cheese, cheese spreads, palm-free cream cheese chocolate spreads, and goat cheese products.
