DMK Group appoints new CFO

Dr Frank Claassen becomes the new DMK CFO in July, 2019.

Dr Frank Claassen will become the new chief financial officer of the German dairy cooperative, Deutsches Milchkontor GmbH (DMK Group). He succeeds Volkmar Taucher, 62, who will hand over his position in July 2019.

Claassen, 54, is currently vice president finance Europe at Beiersdorf AG. He has held various positions in the financial sector there since 1994.

Taucher joined Nordmilch AG (now DMK Group) in 2007 as its CFO. In 2016, he was appointed CFO of DMK Group as part of its restructuring process.

Heinz Korte, supervisory board chairman of DMK, said “We would like to thank Volkmar Taucher for his trusting cooperation and his many years of valuable contributions to DMK. He has played a key role in shaping the development of the Group in recent years.
