Blacksticks Blue is a cheese gift pack consisting of one 500g Blacksticks Blue cheese for consumers to mature according to personal taste.
Each cheese comes with a ‘birth certificate’ for keeping track of maturation and an instruction guide allowing cheese lovers to pick their desired taste.

Christmas products from TINE
The traditional Edamer cheese and Christmas brown cheese are part of this year's festive assortment from Norwegian dairy company TINE.
The company has introduced two versions of its Edamer cheese, including one stored for a minimum of 12 months to give a richer taste.
TINE Julebrunost is a sweet and spicy Chrostmas brown cream cheese with a taste of cardamom. TINE said the Christmas brown cheese has become a popular favorite for and this year a production record has been set with more than 300,000 produced.
A New Year yogurt has also been added, this seasonal variety features salted caramel and licorice.
Also added to the Christmas products is a long-life TINE Cream.
Borden combines salsa and sour cream
US company Borden Dairy has created Borden Creamy Salsa, which combines fresh salsa flavors with light sour cream.
According to the company, pre-made dips are one of the fastest-growing food product categories, and consumers prefer quality dipping sauces made with fresh ingredients to complement their snacks and meals.
"Borden Creamy Salsa is a truly unique product offering, with no other salsa/sour cream combination currently offered on a wide scale," said national sales and marketing director Mike Arsenault.
Borden Creamy Salsa is available in three flavors: Fire Roasted Creamy Salsa, Hot Creamy Salsa, and Mild Creamy Salsa. All flavors will come in 12 oz. containers at a suggested retail price of $2.99-$3.49.
Moocho debuts dairy-free cheese shreds
Moocho, a plant-based dairy brand and the sister of Tofurky, has launched three variants of its new dairy-free cheese Shreds.
The dairy-free Shreds are available as Cheddar, Mozzarella and Fiesta Blend.
Moocho Shreds are vegan, 100% non-GMO and gluten-free and contain 0% cholesterol, and are made to melt and stretch just as well as traditional dairy-based cheese.
