The IDF International Cheese Science and Technology Symposium is taking place this week, from June 7 to 11, 2021, alongside the Forum Techno Novalait on 8 and 10 June, 2021.

The 100% online edition of the International Dairy Federation’s (IDF) congress in the cheese field involves scientific experts sharing current research and technological innovations.

Organizers said there will be live presentations, with the opportunity to access sessions on demand afterwards, on five different topics over the five-day event.

There will also be opportunities to connect directly with researchers, the next generation of scientists, cheese experts and dairy industry representatives.

The forum Techno Novalait showcases research outcomes supported by Novalait. This event promotes meetings between the food industry and researchers.  The forum features presentations on discoveries to fuel innovation on farms and in dairy plants, as well as videos of ongoing research projects.

The event is being staged by FIL-IDF Canada and STELA dairy science and technology research center of Université Laval in Quebec.
