With a thorough understanding of the dairy industry coupled with an analytical disposition, Butler champions the commercial success of Irish dairy.
Shannon Coco is the strategic marketing director for Food North America at Kerry.
In her role, she drives business growth by developing insight-led strategies for technology innovation, new product creation, and commercial activation through best-in-class integrated marketing activities.
Prior to Kerry, Shannon held roles in the higher-education industry in New England and Ireland, where she honed her skills as a collaborative leader and became an advocate for workplace equality. Shannon’s professional passion is rooted in her drive to understand consumer behavior, create market opportunities, and nurture a high performing team.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Anthropology & Music from Wheaton College (Massachusetts), a Master of Science Degree in Marketing Practice from University College Dublin’s Smurfit School of Business, and an Executive Education Diploma in Strategic Growth for the Food Industry also from UCD Smurfit (Ireland).
Rosie McGovern is VP of research & innovation, yogurt, at Danone North America.
McGovern is a food industry leader with more than 20 years of diversified managerial and technical experience in the product/process development and food manufacturing industries at companies including Nabisco, Kraft, Heinz, WhiteWave Foods, and Danone North America, where she currently serves as VP of research & innovation for the yogurt business.
She is passionate about creating innovative solutions to address consumer needs and delivering results for the business. Some recent innovation accomplishments from Rosie and her team include the launches of Oikos Pro (20 grams protein), Silk Greek, and Two Good yogurt products.
