The UK manufacturer Glisten, has taken the first steps towards strengthening its position as a niche food group with the acquisition of Sunya, a manufacturer of baking aids and sweet spreads.

Arla invests in the future
Arla Foods' board of directors has approved of the group's investment budget for the coming year. A figure of DK1.6 billion (€215m) has been agreed.
