Kerry acquires California-based vinegar maker and Oman-based culinary sauces maker

Kerry has struck a deal to acquire Fleischmann's Vinegar Company Inc and AATCO Food Industries LLC for c. €365m ($415m) in a move it claims will boost its foundational technology portfolio and strengthen its position in foodservice and developing markets.

New Colorado facility will repurpose cartons into construction materials

The ReWall Company is opening a new facility in Colorado that will turn recycled food and beverage cartons into building and construction materials. It will serve the western US and ‘significantly expand’ end markets for the cartons.
