Ben & Jerry’s announces top 10 sellers in 2021
In top spot is Half Baked, which features unbaked cookie dough and baked fudge brownies.
In second, is the fan-flavor suggestion Cherry Garcia, which was introduced in 1987 and has featured in the top three since its launch. Next is the best world-wide seller, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough.
Continuing with the chocolate theme is Chocolate Fudge Brownie, which incorporates brownies from New York’s Greyston Bakery, which provides jobs and training to low-income people in Yonkers. Fifth is Tonight Dough, Jimmy Fallon’s second flavor, proceeds from which go to SeriousFun Children’s Network.
With a graham cracker swirl sixth best seller is Strawberry Cheesecake, and at seven is Phish Food, which celebrates 25 years as a flavor in 2022. Americone Dream was launched after Ben & Jerry’s teamed up with Stephen Colbert, and each year his staff decides on which nonprofit the proceeds are donated to.
Ninth on the best-seller list is Chunky Monkey, which is banana ice cream with fudge chunks and walnuts. Rounding out the top 10 is Brownie Batter Core.
