ACCC expresses concerns over Saputo cheese business acquisition

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) said it has preliminary competition concerns about Canadian dairy company Saputo’s proposed acquisition of the Tasmanian-based cheese business of competitor Lion Dairy & Drinks.
