In India, Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) has announced it has signed an agreement with Vijaykant Dairy and Food Products Limited (VDFPL) and its group company to acquire its ice cream and frozen desserts business consisting of its brand Adityaa Milk.

The company is projecting a contraction compared with the previous year of about -1% for net revenue and within a range of -3% to 0% for EBITDA.
